Facilities Overview

The school sits on an eight-acre campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure. Mumbai's only international boarding school, it offers term, weekly and day boarding options. Students learn in spacious, well-equipped classrooms and have dedicated facilities for art, music, drama and film, plus outdoor courts, playing fields and a swimming pool. The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, Middle Years Programme and Primary Years Programme form the curriculum framework. Students come from over 26 nationalities.

Sports Facilities

Outdoor courts and playing fields are available, along with a swimming pool and indoor sports facilities. The Sports & Games Programme covers activities such as swimming, skating, karate, football, athletics, badminton, table tennis and lawn tennis across divisions. Boarders participate in sports through daily time allocations and term sports. Overseas and domestic sports camps are offered as part of the programme. The program includes inter-house and inter-school activities to foster competitive and collaborative skills.

Academic Facilities

Dedicated film, pottery, dance and music studios support arts education. The arts aim to enable lifelong engagement with the arts, become informed and reflective practitioners, and express ideas with confidence. The film and music programs emphasize developing knowledge and creative skills through IB-based courses. The school offers Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and IB Diploma Programme, integrated with a Singapore-based pedagogical framework. Classrooms are spacious and well-equipped to support learning across subjects.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Cocurricular Activities include sports, games and other co-curricular programmes. Interschool activities are organized to complement academic learning through regular events. The arts facilities support creative arts, drama and film through dedicated studios. Clubs and events include Round Square, SIS MUN (SIS MUN-Conclave), Confluence, Conquest and CAS, among other activities.

Singapore International School Mumbai is a signature boarding school on an eight-acre campus in Dahisar, Mumbai, serving students from 0 to 18 with term, weekly, monthly and day boarding. The school combines the Singapore curriculum with the International Baccalaureate framework, delivering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). In Kindergarten to Grade 6, learning is anchored in the Singaporean curriculum and integrated with the IB PYP through a Reggio Emilia approach. From Grades 7 to 8 students follow a Pre-IGCSE pathway that leads to IGCSE in Grades 9-10, and IBDP in Grades 11-12 prepares students for university study abroad or in India. The eight-acre campus provides spacious classrooms and dedicated facilities for film, pottery, dance and music, along with outdoor courts, playing fields and a swimming pool. The school hosts students from over 26 nationalities and employs around 110 staff worldwide today.
