Admissions Process

Montessori admissions are for children 3+ years old as on 31 July of the academic year of admission, per NEP 2020. Online applications open in September and October each year. Kindergarten to Class XII admissions are offered throughout the year, depending on vacancies. To be eligible for admission to any class, a student must have studied in a school recognized by or affiliated to this Board or another recognized Board of Secondary Education in India; must have passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination; must satisfy age limits as determined by the State/UT Government; and must provide (a) the School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate signed by the Head of the last school and countersigned; and (b) documents proving passing of the qualifying examination. Admission Forms: for Montessori admissions, the link is available 1–20 September 2025 for Academic Year 2026-27. The school maintains a Special Education Needs program. Step by Step School Noida operates a day-school campus spanning 40,508 square meters in Sector 132, Noida. It gives families a direct choice between national and international tracks, administering the Indian CBSE curriculum alongside Cambridge IGCSE and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The campus features specialized infrastructure including 146 classrooms, 11 dedicated science and computing laboratories, a 2,168-square-meter library, and the 523-seat Rang Raas Suri Auditorium. A distinctive facet of the school is its Functional Curriculum and Adapted Curriculum pathways, which operate inside specialized resource rooms with a low 1:6 teacher-student ratio to integrate special education needs (SEN) pupils.
