Online Enrollment Form must be completed to apply. Enrollment Part-2 is completed by the current school. Supporting documents include report cards for the last two years, copy of passport or birth certificate (OCI/PIO if applicable), vaccination record. A non-refundable Application Fee of US$150 per child is required to process the application. Additional documents may be requested based on the application form and submitted documents. Eligibility: All students are eligible for admission if Stonehill can provide an educational program that meets their needs; there is a limited capacity for learning support for mild disabilities. English Language Learners: students whose native language is not English may be required to take reading and writing language assessments during enrollment and on entry. Grade placement: children are placed according to age; in the Middle Years and High School, exceptions may be made based on educational history; assessment uses age, prior educational record, admission tests, and classroom observation; the Admissions Committee's decision is communicated via email.

Academic and Sports Scholarship Programme aims to foster excellence in academics and sports. The Stonehill Advantage includes tailored guidance for college applications from grade 9 onwards; graduates of 2025 class gained admissions across 24 nations; students meet over 200 global universities each year; universities include Stanford University, MIT, London School of Economics, University of Cambridge, Dartmouth College, New York University, University of British Columbia, UCLA. Academic scholarships are awarded at Grade 9 (M4), Grade 10 (M5), and Grade 11 (D1); Sports scholarships are awarded at Grade 8 (M3), Grade 9 (M4), and Grade 10 (M5). Scholarships can include a tuition fee concession and a 50% boarding concession; Honorary Scholarships have no tuition or boarding concession. Scholarships are determined in open competition at a fixed level set by the school and are non-negotiable; Scholarships are made at the discretion of the Head of School; the number of scholarships can vary year to year; Sport focused scholarships require excellence in both sport and character and participation in leadership roles for Stonehill sport teams, with athletic ability demonstrated through sport-specific assessment on the Scholarship Assessment Day. All scholarships are reviewed quarterly to ensure attainment and commitment; scholarships may be withdrawn if standards are not maintained.
