The school has a WellBeing Department that focuses on social-emotional development and the mental well-being of students. Services are available to students from all grades; families and caregivers are eligible for counselling; teachers are eligible for counselling; and workshops are offered to parents and teachers. The school has an Inclusive Education policy aligned with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act 2016 and CBSE guidelines. Inclusive teaching methodologies are used in mainstream classrooms to cater to all students regardless of abilities. The Department of Health, Development and Education Support (HDES) provides SEN support from Kindergarten to Grade 12 and includes Special Educators and Speech Therapists. They screen, assess, prepare Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide Special Education and Speech and Language Therapy. Intervention is provided during class hours or one-to-one, in collaboration with mainstream teachers and school counsellors, to adapt teaching, provide accommodations and ensure emotional, social and psychological well-being. They work with parents and other professionals and employ evidence-based approaches and programs such as Search and Teach, Handwriting Without Tears, NILD Educational Therapy, TEACCH, PECS, AVAZ, Autistic Movement Therapy, Social Thinking Program, and In-Sync Activities.
The curriculum includes English as a core subject in all levels and provides a range of language options. In Primary (Grades I–IV) students study English and learn Hindi and Malayalam. In Middle School (Grades V–VIII) the language options expand to Hindi, Malayalam, French and Spanish. In Senior School (Grades IX–XII) language offerings include Hindi, Malayalam and French. 1. Enquiry Form. Online registration for admission for the new academic year commences in August and is the first step in the procedure. A query submitted to the Enquiry Form prompts an admissions coordinator to contact you to discuss details and guide you through the next steps. Age guidelines for AY 2026-27 are: KinderTot (1½ to 3 years); KinderArk/Pre-School for children born before 1 June 2023; KG/LKG for children born before 1 June 2022; PREP/UKG for children born before 1 June 2021. The Enquiry Form is available to begin the process.
2. Admission Team Response. After an enquiry is submitted, an admissions coordinator contacts you to discuss additional information, answer questions, and guide you through the next steps. You will receive clarity on eligibility, timelines, and required documents. The school offers Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and International Baccalaureate (IB) curricula to select from. This conversation sets expectations for the upcoming steps.
3. Submit Application Form. Ready to enrol your child? Fill in the Application Form through the provided portal to commence the formal process. Documents to be submitted with the Application form before interaction include: Birth Certificate (copy, original for verification), Passport Photo (one passport sized photo), and Vaccination Card (copy; required for Grade 2 and above). For Grade 2 and above, also provide the Aadhar card copies (child and parents), a reference letter from the last attended school, the Original Promoted Transfer Certificate/School Leaving Certificate duly attested, a Passport (if foreign national), and a No Dues Certificate.
4. Student Interaction with Vice Principal. The student attends an interaction session/Aptitude Test with the Vice Principal (as per the grade). The session assesses fit for the chosen curriculum. Interaction formats are grade-dependent.
5. Payment of Fees. After admission is cleared and notified, proceed with Fee Payment and secure the seat. Details of the fee structure are available through the online portal and the admissions team will provide timelines.
6. Welcome Letter. An Admission Number is generated and a Welcome Letter confirming the seat is handed over to the Parent/Guardian. The Welcome Letter marks the completion of the admissions process and includes enrollment details. Parents should retain it for records and follow any remaining instructions.
