Billing schedule and payment terms
- Annual fees are payable for the ensuing academic session; the annual tuition may be paid in four instalments due in April, July, October and January. Each instalment is due by the 10th of the indicated month; late payments incur a penalty.
- Parents must pay fees in advance as per the schedule on the school's fee card; a small late fee is charged (the registration form states a fine of Rs.20 if the instalment is paid after the due date and shows de‑enrolment may follow if fees remain unpaid by the 30th).
- The school treats fees as received on the date the amount is credited to the school's bank account. In case a cheque is dishonoured, a charge of Rs.300 will be levied and further payment must be made by Demand Draft.
Boarding fees
- Boarding is not applicable; The Palace School operates as a day school. No boarding fees are listed.
Other costs and recurring charges
- Uniform: school uniform is available from M/s Rajputana Stores, Panch Batti, MI Road, Jaipur; parents are expected to purchase uniforms separately. (Uniform cost is not published as a fixed amount.)
- School supplies: up to Pre‑Primary the school provides crayons, pencils and notebooks; for Primary classes supplies are available for purchase from the school counter or other suggested vendors. Refund information
- Admission fee and registration/application fee are non‑refundable. No fee other than caution money will be refunded after admission.
- Caution money refund: the school refunds caution money after one month of receipt of a written withdrawal notice and on submission of the Caution Money Refund Form and the original deposit receipt; refund of caution money must be claimed within the period stated by the school (the published school general information states the claim period as within one year of withdrawal).
Fee payment options
