Refund and withdrawal terms

- To avoid an additional term's charge the school requires formal notice:
- Advise transfer/withdrawal by 31 October for an end‑of‑first‑term withdrawal, or by 31 January for an end‑of‑year withdrawal. Failure to give sufficient notice will result in the following term's fee (equivalent to the installments) being charged.
- If withdrawal occurs within the stipulated notice periods, balance Mess and Transport fees (if opted) applicable for the next term will be refunded.
- In the event of withdrawal without notice, tuition fees, Imprest fee, Mess and Transport fees (if opted) will not be refunded, and pending fees must be cleared for issuing the School Leaving Certificate.
- Refund processing timeline: refunds are processed within the school's stated timeframe (the policy indicates refunds are processed within 120 days of completion of the withdrawal process).

Fee payment options and methods accepted

- Accepted payment methods include DD / NEFT / RTGS / wire transfer / online payment. The school specifies that cash is not acceptable and that certain cheque or post‑dated cheque policies apply (see the school fee policy for permitted instrument types).
