Hindi is required from KG to Grade 5, after which students take part in a language carousel to try French, Spanish and Hindi for IB MYP/DP before choosing in Grade 7. In the Diploma Programme, languages include French B HL/SL, Spanish B HL/SL, Hindi B HL/SL, French Ab Initio SL and Spanish Ab Initio SL, with Language A: Self-Taught and school-supported self-taught options, and classes are generally taught by native speakers. The Home Language Programme offers Hindi Literature and Korean Literature, and school-supported self-taught languages including Thai, Dzongkha, Russian, Arabic, Somali, Swahili and Dari. There is an English Language Acquisition program to assist students for whom English is a second language access Woodstock education.
Woodstock School is an international boarding school located at 6,500 feet in the Indian Himalayas in Landour, Mussoorie.
