BioMed Science Club (JuniorKinder–5th), Coding Club (3rd–5th), and Engineering Club (Kinder–5th) provide hands-on STEM enrichment after school. AP & SAT Tutor Club (9th–12th) supports college readiness, and Battle of the Books (6th–12th) offers competitive literary experiences. English Club (1st–12th) strengthens language skills and academic engagement.

BAIS has a formal leadership structure: the NICS School Board, the Field Leadership Team (FLT), and the Director's Advisory Council (DAC). Parents Active in Children's Education (PACE) fosters parental involvement and strengthens coordination among parents, students, and staff to support educational activities.

Bandung Alliance Intercultural School (BAIS) is a private, fully-accredited international school in Kota Baru Parahyangan, Bandung.
