1. Apply: Registration is First-Come-First-Served and closes when capacity is reached. Candidates are considered accepted when they have fulfilled all academic and administrative requirements, and payment confirmation has been received by Admissions. The registration fee is Rp 300,000 and is non-refundable. Online Admissions are available at binus.edu/admissions. 2. Admissions requirements by level: Age qualifications vary by level: EY1 must be 3 by 31 December 2025; EY2 4; EY3 5; Grade 1-5 must be 6-10 by 31 December 2025. Indonesian students must provide a recent photo, birth certificate, family card signed by Dukcapil, and both parents'/guardians' IDs. Expatriate students must provide a recent photo, birth certificate, passports for the child and parents, and KITAS. Additional documents include the candidate's progress report from the previous level showing Progress. 3. Placement assessments and enrolment: The Admissions Calendar shows placement assessments and interviews by appointment; results are announced within 7 working days; enrolment and school fees payment are due within 5 working days of the announcement. After acceptance, submit re-registration and complete supporting documents during the June–July window.

Open Days pages highlight scholarship opportunities and related consultations. 3. The BINUSIAN COMMUNITY SCHOLARSHIP is available, with an online submission form. 4. Scholarship Requirements exist for continuing and new students (Grade 7 & 8); Apply Now is available for scholarship consideration.
BINUS School Bekasi is part of the BINA NUSANTARA group and sits on four hectares in the Vida Bekasi development.
