The Career & University Guidance Programme prepares students academically and emotionally for the future and helps them become thoughtful decision-makers. Year 7 focuses on self-discovery and building friendships, with affective learning on emotional awareness and regulation. Year 8 emphasizes emotional resilience and navigating social influences, including respect and online ethics. In Upper Secondary, topics include mental health, stress regulation, healthy relationships, and making values-based choices, with guidance sessions and one-on-one counselling available throughout the school years. The school also describes care-led staff like guidance counsellors who provide 1-on-1 counselling, career exploration support, and home-school collaboration, all under the BINUS SPIRIT framework.
