1. Create an Account. Create an account through binus.edu/admissions to begin the BINUS SCHOOL Semarang application. The account establishes the applicant's profile for the admission process. After creating the account, proceed to complete the Registration Form in the next step.
2. Complete Registration Form and Payment. Complete the Registration Form and submit payment through the admissions portal. A non-refundable Registration Fee of Rp. 200.000 applies. The fee is required to process the application, and online admissions are handled at binus.edu/admissions.
3. Entrance Test Result. The applicant takes the Entrance Test as part of the admissions process. The test results are issued as part of the application cycle. Access to the test results is provided through the admissions portal after testing. The next step is Payment & Re-Registration.
4. Payment & Re-Registration. After receiving the test result, complete the payment and submit re-registration documents as required. The admissions team requires confirmation of payment before the candidate is considered admitted. The process ensures all academic and administrative requirements are fulfilled.
5. You are Set. Upon fulfillment of all requirements and payment confirmation, the candidate is accepted by BINUS SCHOOL Semarang. The student is set to join the school for the upcoming academic year. Accepted students receive enrollment confirmation and next steps from the Admissions team. If any conditions are not met, the offer may be withdrawn.
Discounts and scholarships. New student admissions offer discounts up to 50% as follows: 15% Early Bird Discount (Available only in August 2025); Up to 20% Siblings Discount; 10% Group Discount (minimum 3 registrants); 10% Discount for transferred students to grade 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12; Up to 25% Parents Referral Discount; 10% BINUSIAN Community Scholarship (applies to registrants with a direct family member who is a BINUS Alumni or active BINUS student). These offers are only eligible for registration in August 2025 for Admissions AY 2026/2027.
BINUS SCHOOL Semarang is a private K-12 day school at BINUS EDU PARK, Semarang, in the BINUS School Education network. Opened in 2022, it delivers English-medium instruction across all subjects, with teaching for national curriculum subjects where appropriate. Cambridge Curriculum is taught from Early Years through Upper Secondary, preparing students for Cambridge A Level and AS Level examinations; Grades 9 and 12 also take the national UNBK exams. Cambridge Grouping places core studies in Group A: Mathematics & Sciences; Group B: Languages; Group C: Arts & Humanities. University preparation features include diagnostic tests, career counseling, and a University Fair Day connecting students with overseas universities. The campus houses HS, MS, EL and ECY classrooms, a Class Science Laboratory, an ICT Laboratory, a Learning Resource Centre, Visual Art Room, and VR Goggles for immersive learning. Outdoor facilities include a Bike Track Playground, Active Floor, jogging track, and health clinics for students.
