Application & Registration Fees
- Application Fee (one-time, payable with application): IDR 4,000,000.

Refundable Deposit
- Refundable Deposit per child: IDR 30,000,000.
- The Deposit is held for the duration of enrolment and is refundable subject to the School's withdrawal deadlines, refund policies and any outstanding payments (the Deposit is returned without interest and may be withheld if withdrawal occurs earlier than the minimum enrolment period or after the Intention to Continue deadline).

- Early Years — Kindy: Full year IDR 210,140,000; Semester payment IDR 110,323,500.
- Primary School (Grades 1–3): Full year IDR 240,370,000; Semester payment IDR 126,194,250.
- Primary School (Grades 4–5): Full year IDR 245,420,000; Semester payment IDR 129,045,000.
- Middle School (Grades 6–8): Full year IDR 278,440,000; Semester payment IDR 146,181,000.
- High School (Grades 9–10): Full year IDR 295,600,000; Semester payment IDR 155,190,000.
- High School (Grades 11–12, Diploma Program): Full year IDR 319,030,000; Semester payment IDR 167,490,750.
- Single-semester enrolment is available only for Early Years and is calculated as half the annual tuition plus 10%. For new families paying by semester a one‑off loading of 20% is added to the first semester invoice (then credited to the second semester). For all families paying by semester the annual tuition is 5% higher than the full‑year payment option. Tuition is not prorated for time out of school during enrolment.

Billing Schedule & Payment Terms
- New applicants: invoices (full year, first semester, or second semester) are issued from the dates indicated in the enrolment cycle and are payable within 14 days of the invoice.
- Continuing families (invoice schedule examples for 2025/26): full‑year and first‑semester invoices issued 1 March (payment deadline 15 March; withdrawal notice deadline 15 April); second‑semester invoices issued 1 September (payment deadline 11 September; withdrawal notice deadline 11 October).
- Minimum enrolment: generally two semesters (Early Years: minimum one semester; Grades 11–12: two‑year commitment). Withdrawal within the minimum enrolment period typically allows no refund of fees for that minimum period.
- Sibling discounts: second sibling 5% off full tuition, third sibling 10%, fourth sibling 15% (oldest child pays full tuition).

Additional / Miscellaneous Fees and Charges
- Local Scholar Annual Levy (per family): IDR 8,500,000 (mandatory).
- Membership to Parent Programs (per family, inclusive of applicable taxes): IDR 2,300,000 (breakdown: GSPA IDR 280,000 and The Bridge membership IDR 2,020,000).
- High School Service Trip fee: IDR 7,000,000 per High School student (billed in the second semester).
- Additional student support and ELL (examples of fees charged per term): Low/medium/high levels of learning support are charged on a termly basis with common published amounts of approximately IDR 6,000,000 (low), IDR 10,000,000 (medium) and IDR 20,000,000 (high) per term; separate ELL or one‑on‑one aide arrangements may be charged at similar termly rates (e.g., IDR 10,000,000–20,000,000 per term depending on need). Payment for student support is billed per term (four times per school year) and may be adjusted term‑by‑term.
- Optional activities, specialized programmes, external exams, certain camps, tournaments and experiential trips are billed in addition to tuition.

Uniforms and Other Consumables
- Charges for materials and sport uniforms apply where relevant; sport uniform items are available for purchase and any outstanding charges for uniforms or materials may be deducted from outstanding accounts or the refundable deposit at withdrawal.

Boarding
- Green School Bali does not offer a boarding programme; there are no boarding fees. Students must reside with a parent or a designated legal guardian.

Refund Information and Withdrawal Rules
- Application Fee: non‑refundable once paid.
- Registration Fee: payable on acceptance to reserve a place and is non‑refundable.
- Refundable Deposit: refundable at the end of enrolment in accordance with the School's withdrawal deadlines and refund policies, subject to outstanding fees, charges for materials/uniforms, reimbursements or damages; the Deposit is returned without interest and may be withheld if withdrawal occurs before the minimum enrolment period or after the Intention to Continue deadline.
- Minimum enrolment requirements and stated withdrawal deadlines apply; late or insufficient notice may forfeit refunds or credits. Specific withdrawal deadlines for the academic cycles were published alongside the 2025/26 enrolment calendar and apply to invoice/payment cycles.

Fee Payment Options
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer (Indonesian Rupiah and USD bank accounts are published by the School), local cheque, and cash.
- PayPal is accepted; a surcharge of 4% applies when billed via PayPal.
- Families are requested to email payment advice to accounts@greenschool.org after bank transfers. Official receipts are issued by email upon receipt of cleared payment.

Green School Bali is a private international school in Indonesia serving students aged 3 to 18. It uses a bespoke, homegrown curriculum guided by Green Literacies Framework, with project based, transdisciplinary learning that combines academic subjects with creative, physical, emotional and ecological growth. Learning is organized around three frames of learning Experiential, Proficiency and Thematics, ensuring real world relevance and life skills, not only exams. The school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), enabling graduates to receive a US Diploma.
