HighScope Indonesia is an SPK school that blends the Indonesian National Curriculum with a U.S.-based framework for students aged 1 to 18. The school follows HighScope Curriculum from Early Childhood through High School, using Plan-Do-Review and dual-language model in English and Indonesian. HighScope Indonesia follows the HighScope Curriculum across Early Childhood through High School, anchored in international standards, brain research, and active learning. In Early Childhood, eight content areas guide development: Approaches to learning, Social & emotional development, Physical development and health, Language, literacy & communication, Mathematics, Creative arts, Science & technology, and Social studies; learning uses the Plan-Do-Review sequence and English is the language of instruction. From Elementary to High School, the curriculum blends international standards with national content and operates a dual-language model with instruction in English and Indonesian. The Elementary program includes STEAM, Making Good Choices (MAGIC), multi-age classrooms, and project-based learning; the Middle School program emphasizes MAGIC and SDGs with a cluster system; the High School program uses a Credit System, three majors (Math & Science; Business & Information Technology; Technical and Performing Arts), and an Advanced Placement program with 11 AP courses. High School provides a University Preparatory Program with a college counselor to guide university research and admissions, and exposure to local and international universities. Alumni have been accepted at 290 universities across 18 countries, including UI, ITB, UGM, NYU, Groningen, UNSW, Melbourne, Monash, and Newcastle. The High School program also offers Advanced Placement (AP) courses (11 in total) to support college-level study and admissions.
General Admissions Process for Early Childhood Education Program & Elementary Program: 1. Fill in the Prospective Student Form via link. The admissions team will inform you by email or WhatsApp with registration details and next steps. Ensure your contact information is accurate so you receive the correct instructions. The team will guide you through the remaining steps after submission. 2. Send the proof of payment for the Admissions Form & Deposit. After that, the Admissions Form will be made available for you. Follow the on-screen prompts to access the form. If there is an issue with payment, you will be contacted. 3. Complete the Admissions form and all the necessary supporting documents (please refer to the document checklist). Prepare and submit the form along with all required documents to avoid delays. 4. We will schedule the interview & observation stage of the admissions process with you. The interview & observation is conducted with the school psychologist. 5. You will then receive admission results. In case of rejection, you will be given a Refund Deposit Form. You will be notified of the decision and provided instructions for any applicable refunds. 6. Parents of accepted students will receive a financial commitment letter. After signing the letter you may pay the Enrollment Fee and send the proof of payment to the Finance Department. The Finance team will confirm receipt of payment and finalize enrollment. 7. Welcome to the HighScope Indonesia family! Middle School Program & High School Program: 1. Fill in the Prospective Student Form via link. We will inform you about the details about registration procedures via email / WhatsApp. 2. Send the proof of payment for the Admissions Form & Deposit. After that, the Admissions Form will be made available for you. 3. Complete the Admissions form and all the necessary supporting documents (please refer to the document checklist). 4. We will contact you to schedule the interview and Basic Competency Tests. 5. The interview stage with prospective parents and students is conducted with the school psychologist. While the Admissions team supervises the prospective students during the Basic Competency Test. 6. You will then receive admission results. In case of rejection, parents will be given a Refund Deposit Form. 7. Parents of accepted students will receive a financial commitment letter.
