Hillcrest School is a Christian day school in Sentani, Papua, offering an American-based curriculum. The program follows U.S. standards and uses AERO for core subjects, integrating a Christian worldview. Bible is used in social studies and science; every student takes a Bible course each semester with weekly chapels. Instruction is in English, with Indonesian language included; ELL support and mother-tongue instruction offered when staff allow. Pre-1 to 5 are classroom-based; grades 6–12 are departmentalized, with offerings in English, math, science, social studies, and languages; French, Korean and Spanish offered when staffing permits. AP courses include AP English Language and Composition, AP European History, AP Calculus, AP Psychology, AP Statistics, and AP Precalculus. The campus has elementary and secondary facilities, a 29,000-item library, science and music labs, two computer labs, an art room, and athletic facilities.
