Billing schedule and payment terms

- Tuition may be paid either in full at the start of the year or via the standard instalment plan (four equal instalments). Invoices are issued with specific due dates and parents choose annual or termly instalment preferences with the school office. Fees for students enrolling after the start of Term 1 are calculated pro-rata for the portion of the academic year attended.

- Late payment policy: if an agreed extension is exceeded, an administration fee of IDR 1,400,000 per child will be added. If fees are not received within two weeks of the first due date without agreement, the administration fee of IDR 1,400,000 is applied automatically; after four weeks without payment or agreement the student may be asked not to attend until fees are paid.

- Separate/additional charges: baseline assessment fees (applied at the start of key stages), externally set examination fees (IGCSE, A Level, national exams), and charges for specific student activities (excursions, trips, after-school activities) are invoiced separately and are not included in the standard tuition figures.

- Family discount: families with more than two children enrolled qualify for a discount—5% off the tuition of the 3rd child and 10% off the tuition of the 4th child (discount calculated on the fees of the youngest child).

Boarding fees

- No boarding fees are published and the school does not list a boarding programme in its admissions or fee documents; therefore boarding provision and boarding fees are not applicable. (This statement is based on the absence of any published boarding programme or boarding fee schedule in the school's fee and admissions materials.)

Other costs and fees (uniform, materials, extracurriculars)

- Uniform: school-colour fabric (dark blue, yellow and white) is available for purchase from the school office; specific prices for fabric or pre-made uniform items are not published. Students must follow the school dress code guidelines and PE kit requirements.

- Stationery and student textbooks: standard school fees are stated to include the cost of tuition, stationery and student textbooks.

- Additional costs that must be budgeted separately include baseline testing, external examination fees (IGCSE/A Level/national exams), and charges for trips, clubs or other optional activities; each of these is invoiced separately when applicable.

Refund information and withdrawal terms

- The registration/application fee (IDR 3,800,000) is non-refundable. Families are not entitled to refunds or a suspension of payments for holidays or extended leave taken during the academic year. A parent withdrawing a child before the end of the school year will be charged up to the end of the term in which they withdraw; a minimum two months' written notice is required. Any refunds that are due are processed subject to administrative fees and will be processed within 15 working days after the student has left, subject to the school's withdrawal procedures.

Fee payment options

- The application/registration fee must be paid by bank transfer. For tuition and other fees, invoices are issued in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR); the published fee materials do not list alternative payment methods (credit card or other online payment platforms) in the fee schedule, and parents should follow the invoice instructions or contact the Business Manager/Finance office for payment arrangements. All payments must be made according to invoice due dates to avoid late-administration charges.

Notes on academic year references and availability of schedules

- The school's public fee documents include a formal fee schedule and a parent handbook that set out the registration fee, annual tuition figures, instalment structure, late payment rules, included and excluded costs, and withdrawal/refund rules. Specific published annual fee schedules are used by the school to issue invoices each year; the fee figures summarized above are taken from the most recent published fee schedule available in the school's admissions materials.

In 2017 the school relocated to a purpose-built campus in northern Jogjakarta; in October 2024 the Multi-Purpose Space opened, and in January 2026 a new Learning Block will open alongside the original Learning Block. The Edexcel curriculum guides Early Years Foundation Stage through Key Stages 1–5, with a UK-style progression and Year Groups. Six Learner Traits—Independent, Resilient, Collaborative, Engaged, Reflective and Creative—shape teaching and learning, alongside a strong emphasis on pastoral care and personal development.
