The school lunch program offers three options: home-packed lunches; meals from La Cantina, served at the cafeteria; or meals delivered to the school. The cafeteria is open during breaks and provides healthy, balanced options, with morning snacks either from home or available at the cafeteria via a pre-paid card. Allergen safety is managed by the school health service according to the family approved plan (PAI).
The LFB is governed by a Yayasan, an Indonesian educational foundation, whose seven members are Indonesian nationals, and who delegate executive power to the Management Committee. The LFB Parents Association is a non-profit body run by the parents, and the Management Committee, elected by the Parents Association for three years, handles budgets, staffing, safety, and school development.
