- A placement test (English, Mathematics and aptitude) is required and a placement-test fee must be paid at the school cashier.
- A registration fee and a Student Association fee are payable upon registration; these fees are nonrefundable and non-transferable.
Tuition fees (amounts by year group / per term)
- Specific numeric tuition amounts by year group and per term are not published in the school's publicly available fee materials. Parents must obtain the school's current fee schedule from the Finance Office or Admission Office.
- Tuition may be paid either in full for the year or by installment; an initial payment is required at registration. Late enrollees have specified down‑payment requirements (for example, 30% down payment on late enrollment; 70% of yearly tuition if enrolling in the second semester). Billing statements are prepared in the first week of each month and distributed to families.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Billing statements are produced in the first week of each month and include an official pre-numbered cash receipt, the date of payment, total balance and the balance due for the current month.
- Tuition and Residence Hall fees may be paid in full or by installment; the initial payment must be settled upon registration. Students who are not current on financial accounts may be suspended from class, and report cards/transcripts and examination permits will be withheld until outstanding fees are paid. Reminder letters are sent during the 2nd–4th weeks of the month for outstanding balances.
- Specific rules for late enrollees: 30% down payment on enrollment; if enrolling during the second semester (January latest) 70% of the yearly tuition must be paid upon registration; no discount for late enrollees.
Boarding / Residence Hall (where applicable)
- A Residence Hall is provided for Grade 7–12 students; use of the Residence Hall is optional. Parents are required to pay either the initial portion or the full Residence Hall fee at registration as part of the admissions process. Numeric boarding rates are not published in the publicly available materials and must be obtained from the Finance Office or Admission Office. Contact numbers for the Residence Hall offices are available through Admissions.
Other costs and typical additional charges
- Placement test fee (payable at the cashier). Uniforms: a school uniform set is provided after the initial payment is completed (show the payment slip to the inventory staff). Parents should expect additional costs such as books, stationery, ID/pass, special activity fees, extracurricular or varsity program fees, cafeteria/catering services, and occasional event or field‑trip charges. Summer/supplementary class fees and small administrative charges are listed in the student handbook as examples (for instance, summer-class credit fees and a small replacement fee for lost membership cards). Exact itemised amounts for these other costs must be obtained from Finance/Admissions.
- Example small charges published in school materials (illustrative only): summer-class credit fees are shown in the handbook (e.g., 2 credits Rp. 450,000; 3 credits Rp. 675,000) and replacement of a lost membership card is listed as Rp. 5,000. These are specific examples from the student handbook and do not represent the main tuition or boarding rates.
Refunds and withdrawal
- Registration and Student Association fees are explicitly nonrefundable and non-transferable. Other refund/withdrawal arrangements are managed through the Finance Office; formal withdrawal requires completion of a withdrawal/clearance form and settlement of all outstanding accounts before final clearance or release of original certificates. Numeric refund rules (if any) are not published in the publicly available materials and must be clarified with the Finance Office.
Fee payment options and bank details
- Payments can be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or in US Dollars (USD) based on the current exchange rate; the school instructs parents to confirm the current rate with the Finance Office prior to payment. Payments may be made to the school's designated bank accounts or in cash. The handbook lists the school bank accounts for common Indonesian banks and a USD account for international payments. Credit and debit cards with VISA or MASTERCARD logos are accepted. Families should provide a copy or fax of bank deposit forms or transfer slips to the Finance Office after payment so the account can be reconciled. (Bank account numbers and card acceptance details are published in the school's finance materials.)
Key administrative and contact details for fee queries
- The Finance Office and Admission Office handle fee schedules, current rates, and itemised breakdowns. Admission & Finance phone numbers and general contact channels are listed in school materials for direct enquiries. Parents seeking the precise, up‑to‑date numeric fee schedule for the 2026/27 (or 2025/26 if 2026/27 details are not yet available) must contact the school's Finance or Admission Office to receive the official itemised fee schedule and payment instructions.
Brief note on availability of numeric fee figures
- The school's publicly available admission and handbook materials clearly describe fee types, billing and payment procedures, currencies accepted, bank accounts and card acceptance, installment rules, the nonrefundable status of registration/Student Association fees, residence hall availability and billing practices. However, specific numeric tuition rates (per year group, per term) and boarding rates are not published in those public materials. Parents must request the current itemised fee schedule directly from the Finance Office or Admission Office for exact per-term and per-year figures.
