Early Years wear the MIS blue T‑shirt with the logo; Primary and Secondary wear navy blue bottoms with MIS polo shirts (girls: knee-length skirt or shorts; boys: shorts). - Payment due dates (Tuition/Term/Semester/Annual schedule): Term 1 — 1 July 2025; Term 2 — 1 October 2025; Term 3 — 1 January 2026; Term 4 — 1 April 2026. The Resources Fee due date: 1 July 2025.
- Late payment: Outstanding fee payments after the due date incur a late payment charge of 1% of the total amount owed, calculated per week outstanding. Continued non‑payment after one month may result in prohibition from class attendance and/or withholding of student reports.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

- Tuition paid per term or per semester is non‑refundable if the student departs prematurely during that term.
- Written notice requirement: Any withdrawal or change of programme must be informed in writing one term (10 weeks) before the intended date of withdrawal or change.
- Annual payments: Tuition fees paid annually are eligible for refund pro‑rata in accordance with the number of full terms that will not be attended in that year.

MIS has a very diverse community drawn from cultures around the world. The MIS community includes local business owners, developers, and crypto traders among others, reflecting Lombok's cosmopolitan south coast. Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

Admissions priority is used when spaces are limited, following Category I (Long-Term Enrollment with a sibling at MIS; Long-Term Enrollment; Long-Term Enrollment enrolling five full days per week), Category II (Long-Term Enrollment enrolling five half-days per week), Category III (Long-Term Enrollment enrolling less than five days per week), Category IV (Short-Term Enrollment committed to enrol for a longer period). In addition to this priority order, a general first-come, first-served basis applies. If no space is immediately available, applicants may be placed on a waiting list. If a student withdrawals or during a cooling-off period, spaces may become available and waitlisted applicants may be offered admission.
