The academic program is organized on a rotating block schedule with six 85-minute block classes and two 50-minute classes. AP courses offered include Calculus AB, Capstone, English Literature and Composition, and US History. Mountainview awards two diplomas—the Standard Diploma and the Merit Diploma—with graduation requirements that include a minimum GPA and core subject credits; The Standard Diploma qualifies graduates to apply to colleges and technical schools in the United States, while the Merit Diploma includes more challenging course requirements. The school uses a 4.0 scale for GPA and uses MAP testing to measure student progress; Graduates matriculate to universities in the United States, South Korea, Europe, Canada, Australia and elsewhere.
Fine Arts include choir, theater and drama productions, and orchestra. Extracurricular fine arts include productions such as Hadassah The Musical and Genesis The Play. Students have opportunities to participate in performance and creative collaboration through these programs as part of student life.
Foreign Language is a graduation requirement. The graduation credit outline lists Ethics, English, Social Studies, Science, Math, Foreign Language, Health and Physical Education, and Fine Art as required subjects. Standard Diploma requires 10 Foreign Language credits while Merit Diploma requires 20 Foreign Language credits. Enrollment includes students from 12 countries.
Athletics offerings include volleyball, soccer, basketball, cross country, swimming, and badminton. Junior Class Experience involves operating snack shops, fundraising activities, community service, and hosting a senior banquet. Senior Class Experience includes community service, planning the senior trip, and organizing fundraising activities.
Community service is integrated into student life, including activities within the senior class experience. A minimum of 80 hours of community service is required for graduation. The program provides opportunities for service through class activities and school events.
Student outcomes emphasize Servant Leaders, Persistent Innovators, Christ-like Ambassadors, and Effective Communicators. The SP.A.C.E framework also includes Learners as a goal of the program. The school provides a College Preparation Handbook and an Academic Guidance Counselor to support student development.

The campus is located in Salatiga, Central Java, Indonesia, about 1 kilometer from the city center and within 1.5 to 3 hours of three international airports.
