Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Step 1: Make an inquiry: Start your admissions journey by submitting an online inquiry form, sending an email, or calling. Include your child's name, date of birth, nationality, and intended entry date so the team can tailor the next steps. The admissions team will respond within 24 hours to answer questions and outline the next steps. This initial contact begins the formal timeline for admission.
Step 2: Visit our school: NAS Jakarta invites you to tour the campus to see learning spaces, facilities, and speak with staff. You'll learn how learning is adapted to different strengths and needs, and you can meet members of the admissions and academic teams. If you cannot visit in person, a personalised virtual tour can be arranged. The visit helps you assess fit for your child's learning journey.
Step 3: Sending us your application: When you're ready to apply, complete and submit the online application form with supporting documents and the application fee. The Admissions team will review your submission in collaboration with our academics. You can expect to hear from NAS Jakarta within 48 hours. If an offer is recommended, you will be guided to the next steps in enrolment.
Step 4: We'll start the review process: The Admissions team works closely with academics to review the application. You can expect a response within 48 hours from the date of submission. The review considers the information provided and the school's ability to meet your child's needs. A successful review leads to a formal offer.
Step 5: Secure an offer and enrol: If everyone is happy with the review, NAS Jakarta will formally offer a place for your child. The Admissions team will follow up with enrolment steps and onboarding arrangements, and ensure your child's first day is exciting and memorable. Complete any remaining steps to confirm the place and begin at NAS Jakarta on the agreed entry date.
