All students wear the official Pelangi School t-shirt; two free t-shirts are provided on joining, with more available to buy at the school office. The Indonesian Education Department requires that students wear uniforms to school. If a student arrives without a Pelangi t-shirt, a replacement t-shirt is issued and the parents are invoiced.
Pelangi School has a school café, Warung Bamboo, offering healthy snacks and lunches; ordering is optional and not included in tuition. The menu changes weekly and includes a vegetarian option. Pelangi has a Healthy Food Policy and a peanut-free environment; if not ordering from Warung Bamboo, students may bring snacks and lunch from home.
Pelangi School operates under the not-for-profit foundation Yayasan Cahaya Pelangi Bali.
