Fees
Application and registration fees
- Registration (application) fee: IDR 500,000 payable at the time of joining the waitlist or when submitting the completed application package.
- One-time enrolment fee (new students): IDR 15,000,000 due on acceptance and entry.
- Refundable security deposit (for families paying quarterly): IDR 10,000,000 due on acceptance; refunded when the student leaves provided written notification deadlines are met and there are no outstanding charges.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Standard quarterly due dates (examples of scheduled due dates): Quarter 1 due 16 May, Quarter 2 due 12 September, Quarter 3 due 21 November, Quarter 4 due 13 February (dates are presented with the termly invoice schedule). Annual Facilities and Curriculum Fees are due on acceptance or at the date stated on invoices.
- Quarterly tuition is payable in full for each quarter; fees are not prorated for late start or early withdrawal within a quarter. Annual fees are not prorated.
- Refundable security deposit is required for families choosing quarterly payments; a full-year payment removes the need for this deposit. The security deposit is held until the student leaves and may be forfeited if written notification deadlines are not met or if outstanding charges remain.
- Late payment penalties: a levy of IDR 250,000 per student is applied every week for up to one month for overdue quarterly tuition; continued non-payment may result in the student being asked to remain at home until payment is received.
Discounts and special payment options
- A 5% discount on tuition fees only is offered for an upfront full-year payment, when paid by the date indicated on invoices for upfront payment. This upfront-payment discount is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- A 15% tuition-only discount may be available for students where both parents hold Indonesian passports (application required and subject to availability).
Boarding fees
- No boarding provision or boarding fees are listed; boarding is not applicable for these year groups.
Other costs and additional charges
- Uniforms: students are required to wear uniforms and uniforms can be purchased at the school office; replacement items provided by the school if a student arrives without uniform will be invoiced to parents. Prices for uniform items are handled at the school office.
- Curriculum, facilities and resources fees (annual) are charged in addition to tuition (amounts shown above per year group). Extracurricular items, trips, lunches, transport, specialist tuition and personal stationery may generate additional charges when applicable (these items are not included in the tuition or annual fees listed).
- Short-term drop-in rates (20-school-day settling-in / trial charges) when applicable: Tiny Tots IDR 11,500,000; Playgroup IDR 12,100,000; TKA IDR 14,700,000; TKB IDR 14,800,000; SD Grades 1–5 IDR 17,200,000; SD Grade 6 IDR 17,500,000; Middle School Grade 7 IDR 18,900,000; Middle School Grade 8 IDR 19,200,000.
Refund and cancellation rules
- Initial 20-school-day Settling-In period: if permanent enrolment does not follow the settling-in period, fees already paid will be refunded minus the standard 20-day drop-in charge and the registration fee; the retained amount cannot be prorated.
- After the Settling-In period ends, Registration, Enrolment, Facilities & Resources, Tuition and Curriculum Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Pre-payment to secure places for the following academic year is non-refundable. Failure to submit written notification of withdrawal by the published notification dates may result in forfeiture of the refundable security deposit and continued obligation to pay fees due.
Fee payment methods
- Payments are to be made by bank transfer or direct deposit to the school account as detailed on invoices. Invoices will be issued prior to each payment due date. Credit-card payment is not listed as a standard payment method.
Notes on invoicing and required up-front items
- The Registration Fee, one-time Enrolment Fee, Refundable Security Deposit (where required) and the first quarter's tuition are payable in full on acceptance/entry. Annual Facilities and Curriculum Fees are due on acceptance or as detailed on the invoice schedule.
