IPC and IMYC curricula are used, with support from the UK National Curriculum and Singapore Math. Students are guided by the 7 Habits, CARE values, and Positive Behaviour for Learning to develop leadership, character, and lifelong learning. Preschool & Kindergarten, Primary (Grade 1/Year 2–7), and Junior High School (Grade 7/Year 8–10) are offered.
Arts events are hosted across the school, including Shakespeare Rocks! The facilities include a Mini Theater and a Library to support arts and performance.
The Parent and Student Lighthouse teams promote service for local and international communities. Examples include raising 12 million IDR and donating 84 pairs of shoes to Cianjur earthquake victims; school cleanups; Ramadan item donations for cleaning staff, security personnel, drivers, and local staff; and international collaboration through Destination Imagination with Ukraine (and Pakistan during the pandemic). In 2023, the school supported refugee students with gifts and uniforms via Royal Primary stock.
The Leader in Me is a whole-school program to transform Regality Academy into a community of leaders. It teaches 21st-century leadership and life skills to students, educators, staff, and parents, based on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Learning occurs through direct instruction, integrated IPC-based lessons, and leadership opportunities such as Class Leadership Roles, a Student Lighthouse Team, and a student-led yearbook.
Positive Behaviour for Learning supports student wellbeing and conduct. The school participates in health initiatives such as School Immunization Month, a collaboration with the Indonesian government to help keep students healthy.
Regality Academy, founded in Jakarta in 2012 as Sekolah Royal Tunas Mulia, is an SPK-registered international school serving ages 3 to 17. The primary curriculum is the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), with IMYC in the middle years and Cambridge materials for secondary, alongside Cambridge IGCSE. The school aligns with the UK National Curriculum and Singapore Math, and links IPC units to the Indonesian National Curriculum to support students who will study in Indonesia. Preschool to Primary 6 and Junior High School (Grade 7–10) are offered. On campus, learners access a library, Eagle Auditorium, Mini Theater, gym, swimming pool, infirmary, and a Junior High Science Lab.
