Fees

Annual tuition at Sekolah Cita Buana ranges from IDR 143,400,000 for 2026/27.

Application / Registration fee
- IDR 1,000,000 — one-time registration fee payable at the time of application/registration.

Entrance / development fee (Uang Pangkal)
- IDR 69,000,000 — a one‑time entrance/development fee payable when a new student is accepted. This fee may be payable as a single lump sum or by alternative schedules offered by the school (per year or per three years in practice).

Tuition (SPP) — typical structure and examples
- IDR 5,950,000 per month — stated as the standard monthly tuition (SPP) for the primary-level students listed in published fee summaries. Equivalent annual amount presented in the same summaries: IDR 71,400,000 per year (if paid on an annual basis).
- Where summaries group fees by term or period, SPP is shown as a recurring monthly charge; parents have the option in some cases to pay annually instead of monthly (annual total equals monthly rate × 12 as reported).

Other recurrent and occasional charges
- Student books and learning materials: IDR 1,000,000 to IDR 4,000,000 per semester (estimated range).
- Uniforms: charged separately; cost depends on number and sizes required.
- Additional possible charges listed in fee summaries include school trips/field trips, external examination fees, educational devices (Chromebooks/laptops) where required, extra-curricular activity fees, and any specialist support services (ESL, remedial or special programmes).

Tuition by year group / per term detail
- Published fee summaries available publicly provide the registration fee, entrance (uang pangkal), and the SPP monthly/annual figures as general school-wide amounts rather than a full itemised schedule for every separate year group or year-by-year per-term breakdown. The commonly reported figures above (IDR 5,950,000/month; IDR 71,400,000/year; IDR 69,000,000 uang pangkal) are those given in the publicly circulated fee summaries for the primary levels referenced.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Registration fee: one-time, due at application/registration. Entrance/development fee (uang pangkal): due upon acceptance/entry; published summaries indicate flexibility in how the entrance fee can be settled (single lump sum, yearly, or in multi-year arrangements). SPP: billed as a recurring tuition charge (commonly shown monthly with an option noted to calculate an annual total). Books/materials: billed per semester or as separate charges when required. Specific invoice dates, late-payment penalties, discounts for annual prepayment, and installment plan terms are not stated in the public fee summaries reviewed.

Boarding / residential fees
- Not applicable: fee summaries and published profiles for the school list day‑school tuition components (registration, entrance fee, SPP, books, uniforms, activities) and do not include boarding or residential fees, indicating the school operates as a non‑boarding (day) school in the materials reviewed.

Refunds and withdrawal policy
- No explicit, itemised refund policy (for registration fee, uang pangkal, SPP, or other charges) is published in the fee summaries and public fee listings consulted. Parents are advised that published summaries do not specify standard percentages or conditions for refunds on withdrawal or deferral.

Fee payment options
- The publicly available fee summaries reviewed do not list the school's accepted payment channels (for example, bank transfer, virtual account, credit/debit card, direct debit, or e‑wallet). Those summaries set out amounts and timing (registration, uang pangkal, SPP, materials) but do not publish the specific payment methods or banking details.

Other costs to budget for
- One-off entry and development fees at enrollment (see amounts above).
- Semester book/workbook charges (IDR 1,000,000–4,000,000 per semester).
- Uniforms (variable).
- Device purchases or rentals if the programme requires a Chromebook or laptop.
- School trips, external exam fees, extracurricular activities, and any specialised support services.

Data gaps and brief note on coverage
- The available, publicly circulated fee summaries provide clear headline figures for registration (IDR 1,000,000), entrance/development fee (IDR 69,000,000), and a standard SPP figure (IDR 5,950,000 per month / IDR 71,400,000 per year) and list ranges for books and materials. However, a full, year‑by‑year and per‑term fee schedule broken down for every grade/section, definitive refund percentages and conditions, and the school's explicit accepted payment methods were not published in the fee summaries reviewed. The figures above reflect the published headline fee items and typical charging pattern reported in those summaries.
