Founded in 2004 as part of the PIAGET group of schools. SNA is a K-12 school serving Early Years (ages 2 to 5), Primary (ages 6 to 12), and Secondary (ages 12 to 18). In 2005, the Singapore National Academy South Campus opened, and SNA was designated as an Official Partner of the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board. In 2009, SNA was appointed a Cambridge International Centre.
SNA is described as a community and a child's second home. Singapore National Academy (SNA) is a K-12 school in Singapore serving ages 2 to 18. Early Learning Centre blends the Singapore Curriculum with Montessori for ages 2 to 5. Primary follows the Singapore Curriculum Year 1 to Year 6, while High School uses the Cambridge Curriculum (IGCSE and AS/A Levels) for Year 7 to Year 12. SNA is a Cambridge International Centre and partner of the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board. Instruction is in English, with Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia as second and third languages; French, German, and Hindi are optional. The campus includes air-conditioned classrooms, IT, a Wet Lab and a Lecture Hall, plus outdoor spaces such as a tennis court and fields. A Piaget 12-Year Journey weaves academic and non-academic programmes across levels. Beyond Classroom includes Immersion and Learning Journeys, Duke of Edinburgh Award, and the Student Internship Programme, with CCAs and ASAs in Performing Arts and Languages.
