Admissions

How to apply, waitlist information, and financial support

Admissions Process

1. Families are invited to complete the online information form; a representative from the school will contact them after submission. Alternatively, families may contact the school directly. 2. The child will have to sit admission tests in English and Maths. These tests are part of the admissions process. 3. The language of instruction is English. In addition to English, the school offers Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, and French; language support is provided where needed to help students access the curriculum. 4. Current class sizes vary from 4 to 16 students, with a maximum of 18. This structure supports smaller teaching groups and closer student attention. The school also notes a 1:8 teacher-to-student ratio as part of its learning environment. 5. Students sit Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A level examinations in May–June. Students in Years 6 and 9 sit Cambridge Checkpoint examinations; these are externally assessed. The Indonesian National Examinations are offered at the school. 6. Reports are issued twice a year in December and June. Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled in October and March to discuss progress.
