The school accepts students from Toddler (age 2) to Year 12. Entry ages align with Toddler (2–3), Nursery (3–4), K1 (4–5), K2 (5–6) and Primary Grade 1 (6) at the start of the new academic year, with consideration in certain cases. Before enrolling, parents are encouraged to inquire, inspect facilities and understand policies. The student will be tested and/or interviewed by appointment; after evaluation, the Admissions Office informs the family of the status—accepted, wait listed, marked for re-testing, or denied. Enrollment depends on completion of required documents, correct information, and, if required, results of tests/interviews. To secure a place after acceptance, parents must obtain the application form from the Admissions Office, submit it with required documents, and remit the Registration Fee, Development Fee, Annual Fee and other charges. Class placement is determined by the admission test and the student's performance. Document requirements vary by level; before interview/test: copies of Birth Certificate, Family Card, and Parent IDs; Transfer Students may need a letter of good conduct; upon acceptance, a transfer certificate may be required. For Registration: National and International documents include admission form, birth certificate, family card, parent IDs, school reports and certificates, and photos; international applicants may provide passport copies and KITAS/KITAP.
Waitlist is a valid admission outcome; after testing/interview, applicants may be placed on a waiting list and informed of next steps.
