Parent Experience

Community, involvement and what it's like to be a parent at this school

History

The Taman Rama Schools are managed by the Taman Mahatma Gandhi Foundation. Taman Rama School in Denpasar was founded in 1999 and was Bali's first private National Plus school to offer English-language instruction within the national curriculum, starting with primary classes and now offering Kindergarten through Year 12. In 2003 it affiliated with Cambridge International Examinations, with the first international examinations in 2005, and in 2007 Cambridge International Fellowship Centre status was awarded. Our sister school, Taman Rama School – Jimbaran and Asian International School Bali, opened in July 2007. The network remains Indonesia's only Cambridge International Fellowship Centre, and its goal is to prepare students for national and international examinations and to assist their progress to universities in Indonesia or overseas. The Taman Rama Jimbaran campus serves preschool through Year 12.
