Billing Schedule and Payment Terms

New learners are invoiced upon acceptance of the enrollment offer.

Continuing learners receive Annual and 1st Semester invoices on March 1, and 2nd Semester invoices on October 17.

All payments are due 14 days after the invoice date. Late payments incur a daily charge of IDR 50,000.

For annual tuition payers, refunds are calculated based on unattended full terms (with a maximum of two terms refunded).

Semesterly tuition, enrollment fees, and annual levies are strictly non-refundable.
