Billing schedule and payment terms

- Annual tuition payment due date: 1 June 2026 (for the 2026–2027 academic year). Termly due dates (for families on the termly plan) are: Michaelmas/Term 1 due 1 June 2026; Lent/Term 2 due 4 December 2026; Summer/Term 3 due 25 February 2027. For pupils admitted after 1 June 2026, tuition is payable within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date and always prior to the pupil's start date. Mid‑year entry is charged at the full term fee for the term of entry and for remaining terms in the academic year.
- All fees are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Parents are responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees and currency adjustments to ensure the full invoiced amount is received.
- A full term's fee is charged for pupils entering in the middle of a term.

Boarding fees

- Boarding is not included in this fee schedule and no boarding fees are published for Wellington College Independent School Jakarta for the 2026–2027 intake (the school's provision and published schedule cover day provision for early years and primary year groups). No boarding charges appear in the 2026–2027 Schedule of School Fees.

Other costs and optional charges

- Meals: Daily lunch/snack service is administered by an external catering partner and the meal programme fee is included in or administered through the school's meal arrangements; all pupils are required to participate (exemptions for recognised religious or medical reasons). Detailed meal pricing is to be provided by the School closer to the start of the academic year.
- Bus service: Dedicated school bus service is available for an additional charge; fees vary by distance/zone and include a bus chaperone. Detailed bus pricing is provided to parents in due course.
- Essential items/uniform: Costs for official school uniform, required sports kits and other essential personal items are charged separately under “Essential Items.” Parents will be provided with detailed guidance and pricing prior to term start.
- Supplementary fees: Charges may apply for optional or additional items such as co‑curricular activities that attract a fee, trips and excursions (including residential trips), academic extension workshops, individual music or other supplemental tuition, and targeted learning support (e.g., EAL or specialist interventions). These are charged separately as incurred.

Refund information

- Refunds are granted only at the School's discretion and apply only to Tuition Fees; refunds exclude other fees. Refund decisions are final. A full academic term's written notice of withdrawal is required. If less than one term's written notice is given, the Tuition Fee for the following term is not refundable.

Wellington College Independent School Jakarta is the first British-heritage school in Indonesia and belongs to the Wellington College International network. It serves ages 3 to 11, offering the English Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the English National Curriculum for Junior School, with English as the main language of instruction. Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin are taught at age-appropriate levels. The curriculum includes STEAM, Service & Sustainability, Wellbeing and Indonesian Studies, plus specialist classes in Music, Sports and Enrichment, preparing pupils for senior pathways. The campus is in BSD City, Tangerang Selatan, with bright, flexible spaces, a well-resourced library, dedicated music and computer rooms, and Early Years areas designed for indoor-outdoor movement. The development unfolds in four phases, expanding through Nursery to Year 13 and eventually offering IGCSEs, A Levels and the IB Diploma Programme.
