Wellington College Independent School Jakarta is the first British-heritage school in Indonesia and is part of the Wellington College International network. Development is organized in four phases: Phase 1 (2025–2026) establishes the foundation with Early Years and Junior School, launches admissions for Nursery to Year 3, and begins community engagement and founding faculty recruitment. Phase 2 (2026–2028) expands the Junior School to Nursery to Year 7 and continues programme development. Phase 3 (2028–2030) builds the Senior School at BSD, with admissions for Year 8 to Year 13, ensuring progression for pupils. Phase 4 (2030 onwards) opens the full Nursery to Year 13 Wellington education with IGCSEs, A Levels and the IB Diploma Programme; educators deliver the English National Curriculum (ENC) and Indonesia's Ministry of Education standards; the school is owned by Yayasan Wellington College Independent School; The Wellington College International network spans Asia and beyond.

Wellington College Independent School Jakarta is the first British-heritage school in Indonesia and belongs to the Wellington College International network. It serves ages 3 to 11, offering the English Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the English National Curriculum for Junior School, with English as the main language of instruction. Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin are taught at age-appropriate levels. The curriculum includes STEAM, Service & Sustainability, Wellbeing and Indonesian Studies, plus specialist classes in Music, Sports and Enrichment, preparing pupils for senior pathways. The campus is in BSD City, Tangerang Selatan, with bright, flexible spaces, a well-resourced library, dedicated music and computer rooms, and Early Years areas designed for indoor-outdoor movement. The development unfolds in four phases, expanding through Nursery to Year 13 and eventually offering IGCSEs, A Levels and the IB Diploma Programme.
