Computer Science introduces essential concepts and research skills; students learn to collect, elaborate and present information using various software, becoming critical thinkers. Library Skills support the child's natural desire to learn; weekly classes foster confident readers and independent lifelong learners. ESL is offered to non-English-speaking students, with a Language Lab to develop basic and advanced English for social integration and academic success. Italian as a Second Language is offered to non-Italian and English-speaking students to understand and communicate essential Italian and enjoy life and culture; they also learn grammar and spelling.
Art is an essential part of the program; children create drawings, paintings and 3D works. Art History and Art Production are explored, and the Art Program ends with Clay Modeling in the Art Studio. Music in the program includes seven elements: Singing, Audition, Music Theory and Ear Training, Composition, Production of Music, and History and Literature. The program includes music, songs and dances from other cultures as well as traditional pieces, fostering improvisation and expression.
ESL supports non-English-speaking students, using a Language Lab to develop basic and advanced English for social integration and academic success. ISL is offered to non-Italian and English-speaking students to understand and communicate essential Italian and to enjoy Italian life and culture. They also learn writing skills including grammar and spelling.
Special Activities include group or individual art projects, stage productions and basketball. After-school Activities include Art, Homework Club and Music, with Art classes twice a week and the Homework Club running from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.
Physical Education is an integral part of the school program; it aims to promote lifelong participation in physical activity and health through a varied program. A routine basketball game is part of the activities.
Anglo-Italian School – Montessori Division provides a bilingual, Montessori-based learning path for children aged 3 to 13. The program preserves Montessori education for the early years (2½ to 6) with three core activity areas: Practical Life, Sensorial and Formal Skills, while older students transition to Cambridge Secondary, the American Curriculum and a bespoke curriculum tailored to development. The dual-language program operates in Italian and English, with Italian state examinations and Cambridge exam preparation offered in the final year. The campus houses age-appropriate Montessori classrooms, a garden, library, music room, art room and a Smart Room to support interactive learning. Extracurriculars span events such as concerts, science fairs and gardening days, integrated with the school calendar. The school runs ESL with a Language Lab and Italian as a Second Language to assist non-Italian or non-English speakers. NATO roots inform monthly study themes about NATO countries, fostering global awareness and cross-cultural understanding.
