The Canadian School of Florence operates across three campuses: Senior School in Florence, and Upper Junior/Middle School and Lower Junior School in Fiesole. The Senior School is in a renovated historic building on Via Jacopo Nardi 18 and includes classrooms, a science lab, a multimedia hub, a library, an art studio, a dedicated lunch area, and a small outdoor space for physical education and after school sports clubs. The Upper Junior/Middle School (grades 4–8) is based in Fiesole at Piazza San Domenico 15 and features classrooms, a lunch room, a music room, a science lab, interactive smart screens, and iPad carts, with sports areas for soccer, basketball, and athletics. The Lower Junior School (K–3) is based at Via delle Fontanelle 2/4 in Fiesole and provides bright classrooms, a lunch room/event space, a library/STEAM room, outdoor space for play, a mini soccer field and basketball court; all classrooms have interactive smart screens and iPad carts. A new middle school campus expansion is on track for 2026.
Upper Junior/Middle has sports areas dedicated for soccer, basketball, and athletics. Lower Junior has a mini soccer field and a basketball court. Senior School includes a small outdoor space for physical education and after-school sports clubs.
Senior School features classrooms, a science lab, a multimedia hub, a library, and an art studio. Upper Junior/Middle School has classrooms, a lunch room, a music room, a science lab, and interactive smart screens with iPad carts. Lower Junior School has bright classrooms, a lunch room, a library/STEAM room; all classrooms have interactive smart screens and iPad carts.
The new Middle School campus features STEAM resources such as 3D printers, Climate Action Kits, and LEGO robotics, and includes a STEAM makers space. It also houses an art and music studio, a library, and a multi-purpose room. Outdoor spaces include a didactic garden, an outdoor eating/lounging area, and a multi-sport court/track with panoramic views. Outdoor Learning highlights experiential opportunities with workshops, speakers and university fairs across campuses.
The Canadian School of Florence Senior School provides the Ontario Canadian Curriculum to students in Grades 9 through 12. Located in a renovated historical building near the center of Florence, the campus features a science laboratory, a multimedia hub, and a dedicated art studio. Students work toward the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD), a qualification that allows for direct entry into universities worldwide. A standout feature of the school is its participation in the Junk Kouture competition, where students design high-fashion outfits from recycled materials, integrating creative arts with sustainability. As a member of the Globeducate network, the school involves students in international events and environmental initiatives in partnership with organizations like the WWF. The curriculum includes an Italian Paritaria pathway, ensuring local students can also meet national educational requirements. Small class groups facilitate personalized attention, while the city itself serves as an extended classroom for experiential learning and historical study.
