Overall, the approach supports collaboration, emotional self-awareness, and a positive social climate as an integral part of learning.
QSI Brindisi admits students with limited learning needs, challenges, or disabilities when it can be supported at the school. For students with moderate to severe disabilities, the school reviews evaluations, reports, IEPs, or school referrals to determine whether a program can be provided to meet the student's academic needs.
The school is an English-medium, North American international school. It accepts students with no prior English from preschool through the middle grades, and language proficiency is assessed; older students with little or no English may require additional years to graduate.
Social-emotional development is a primary focus of the preschool program. Daily routines and activities, including Greeting Circle, Learning Centers, and Family Connection, cultivate emotional awareness, social skills, and a sense of belonging, supporting mental wellbeing.
