Enrollment is accepted year‑round, following Italian law. For questions, contact the school office. Open School sessions are by appointment on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. How do I enroll? Children can be enrolled starting from the age of six. The Primary School in Milan‑Basiglio is the first SIS Swiss International School in Italy, and expansion to Early Childhood and Secondary levels is planned. If a child does not speak one or both of the school languages, enrollment is possible; Italian and English are taught through the immersive method, with additional language courses offered outside regular hours or as intensive courses during school hours, and the cost of additional language lessons is included in the school fees.
SIS Milano-Basiglio is a day primary school in Basiglio, Milan, offering a bilingual Italian–English programme for ages 6 to 11. The day runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with lunch and after-school care until 6:00 p.m., and flexible drop-off. Facilities include a library, a gym, an outside soccer field, a dedicated gardening space and a multipurpose playground.
