Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
1. Begin with an inquiry or application through the admissions portal. Prospective families create an account and the Admissions Office maintains regular contact about programs and events. They can initiate the process by clicking Inquire Now or Apply Now, and the school is reachable by telephone or email for questions.
2. All Applicants must submit: Application Form; Application Fee (US$75); Last 3 report cards; 2 Recent Passport Photos; Copy of Birth Certificate or Photo Page from Passport; Medical Form and immunization record; External Standardized Test Results.

Middle & High School Applicants may provide any professional educational or psychoeducational evaluations; Math Teacher Recommendation (if applying for middle or high school placement); English Teacher Recommendation (if applying for middle school or high school placement).
4. The admissions process: Applications are evaluated only when complete. The admissions office acknowledges receipt and communicates any gaps. 5. If an admissions decision is made, an Acceptance Letter is issued by the Director of Admissions, and a welcome package and a tuition invoice accompany the Acceptance Letter. To accept, payment of the invoice or a deposit must be made within five business days to reserve the space.
6. If there are no spaces available for the assigned grade, the student can be placed on a wait list; a nonrefundable, nontransferable deposit is required to reserve the space. When a place becomes available, the family will be contacted and the student may begin attending classes as soon as possible.
7. The school encourages visits; a Spend a Day program is available; contact the Admissions Office to schedule a visit, and you will be matched with a student ambassador for a day to experience a day in the life of a student.
8. Scholarship applicants: The Founders Scholarship is offered annually to students aged 15-18 years old; four categories for the 2025-2026 academic year; a brochure is available with details. For scholarship consideration, applicants must provide: Previous School Official Transcript and Current Year Grade; PSAT Results (if applying in grade 10 or higher); a scholarship essay; and a Student and parent panel interview.
