Global Wisdom International School (GWIS) operates in Tokyo's Edogawa Ward with two campuses: Funabori and Kasai. Send an email to info@globalwisdom.co or call or fill an online contact form for an appointment/visit/free trial. Step 2. Visit the school to review curriculum and daily routines and fill the Kindergarten Admission Form 2026-27 (PDF) or collect admission forms from the school, along with a medical check-up. Step 4. Get the Medical Check-up at GWIS in partnership with Sato Clinic. Step 5. Pay the admission fees along with the contract. Step 6. Pay tuition as invoiced and collect uniform, etc. Step 7. School joining. Government subsidy information: Students are eligible for a government subsidy as part of Japan's Free Education policy. To apply, submit three forms at the ward office: Employment Certificate (就労証明書), a Reason Letter (理由書) for needing bilingual/montessori education, and a Subsidy Eligibility Application (施設等利用給付認定申請書). From September 2025, the monthly subsidy increased to 80,000 Yen for children under 2 years and 77,000 Yen for children aged 3 to 6 years.
