Kyoto International School is a fully IB World School and is also accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). It is the first school in Kyoto to receive COBIS accreditation via its WASC status. This combination confirms alignment with IB standards, recognition by a US-based accreditor, and British international school quality benchmarks.
