Daily life details and school culture

Boarding Arrangements

Dormitories for boys and girls are located on the grounds of Tsuzuki Ikuei Gakuen, the parent organisation of Linden Hall High School. Students are cared for by live‑in dormitory staff in a safe, secure environment; the dormitories support intercultural interaction with short‑term exchange students staying there. Homemade meals are provided for breakfast and dinner every day, including weekends and holidays; weekends allow students to go out with friends or families, with a 20:00 curfew.

Uniform Requirement

Uniforms are designed by Hanae Mori. For high school girls, options include formal skirts, pleated skirts, culottes, and medium-height shorts, in addition to year‑round uniforms and separate summer and winter sets. The PE uniform is made from recycled polyester and can be recycled into new uniforms.

Food Options

The cafeteria serves year‑round organic school lunches prepared by chefs and registered dietitians under exclusive contract. In the dormitory, breakfast and dinner are homemade and provided daily, including weekends.

Governance and Ownership

The school is part of the Tsuzuki Education Group, with the dormitories on the school grounds operated by Tsuzuki Ikuei Gakuen, the parent organisation of Linden Hall High School.
