- Application fee (entry/examination fee): JPY 20,000, payable shortly after submitting the online application (payment is required within the short window specified during application).

- Admission fee (one-time payment on enrolment): JPY 500,000, payable by the deadline stated in the offer of admission (the school requires payment of the admission fee within the timeframe given in the offer).

Annual tuition and mandatory annual charges (by academic year)

- Tuition (academic year): JPY 2,100,000 per year. The tuition figure is charged on an annual basis for each enrolled student.

- Education Enhancement Fee: JPY 450,000 per year (annual fee to support enhanced educational provision).

- Boarding (full‑board): JPY 1,550,000 per year. The boarding fee covers utilities and three meals per day; additional charges apply for specialised dietary menus (for allergies, Halal, vegetarian, etc.).

- Summary total for a first year (example of combined mandatory amounts for the first year, excluding optional extras and any scholarship discounts): Admission JPY 500,000 + Tuition JPY 2,100,000 + Boarding JPY 1,550,000 + Education Enhancement Fee JPY 450,000 = JPY 4,600,000. Annual totals in subsequent years exclude the one‑time admission fee (typical total per year after first year for boarding students: JPY 4,100,000).

Billing schedule and payment terms

- Timing for application and admission payments: the application (entry) fee is payable soon after submission (the school specifies a short deadline such as within five days of application), and successful applicants confirm enrolment by paying the admission fee within the deadline stated in the offer (commonly within seven days).

- Tuition and boarding are stated as annual charges. The school offers a tuition payment support/instalment scheme through an education finance partner (installment plan managed by a third‑party provider). Monthly automatic debit is available under that instalment plan (payments are collected from the nominated bank account on the scheduled monthly date). The school also publishes partnerships with banks and education‑loan providers to spread payment.

- Where a payer chooses full settlement or instalments will affect timing; instalment terms (number of months, exact debit date and service fees) are set by the instalment provider under the school's approved plan. The instalment plan's automatic monthly debit is commonly scheduled on the 27th of each month.
