Let the school know you're thinking of applying — they can share their prerequisites and help you through the process.
It's best to ask — circumstances can change at any time.
Step 1: Schedule a School Tour. Oakwood Tokyo International School conducts family tours to view the facility and observe classes in action. The tour typically lasts about one hour, and staff provide information on the curriculum, the application procedures, and current school fees, with time for questions. You may attend with or without your child.
Step 2: Book a Trial. A Trial can be scheduled at the end of your Oakwood tour or by phone and email. Trials are optional, for those wishing to move straight to step 3, you are welcome to do so. Trials run from 8:45am to 11:45am for Preschool and Kindergarten and 8:45am to 11:30am for Nursery. Parents should return to Oakwood 15 minutes before the end of the trial to discuss how the Trial went.
