Billing schedule and payment terms
- New student intake occurs on the first of the month following payment. Payment deadlines differ by method: credit card charges occur at time of order (as per the card company schedule); bank transfer payments must be completed within five days of order.
- All tuitions and fixed fees are non-refundable (see Refund information below for exceptions).

Boarding fees
- Oakwood Tokyo International School does not operate a boarding program; boarding fees are not applicable. Published program hours and program types are daytime and year‑round care options only.

- Elementary uniform fee: JPY 25,000 (one‑off). Annual fees for Elementary: JPY 220,000 (Basic/Full) or JPY 250,000 (Working Parents Support).
- Nursery/Kindergarten additional fixed costs: Annual Materials Fee JPY 70,000; Annual Facility Fee JPY 150,000. Adventure Play monthly materials JPY 5,500; monthly maintenance JPY 6,000.

Fee payment options
- Accepted payment methods: Credit card and bank transfer. For credit card payments the charge is processed at the time of order (card issuer schedule applies). For bank transfers payment is required within five days of order.
