Okinawa International School operates across two campuses, the Naha campus and the Nanjo campus, serving students from preschool through high school. The Chemistry Lab is equipped to international safety standards and supports IB science with monitors and boards for teaching. A Music Room supports IB music learning with appropriate facilities. The Naha campus includes a multipurpose hall for performances and events, and the school runs a bus network to support student transport. The ICT environment is strong, with iPads provided to students since 2012 and coding classes introduced in 2018, and Homestay accommodation is available for international students.
