The Jinnan Campus is a modern facility for Grades 2–8. It is located on the 9th and 10th floors at 7-1 Udagawacho, Shibuya, Tokyo 150-0042. The campus features a Tech Lab with 3D printers, bright classrooms filled with natural light, and a Creative Studio space. The design supports collaborative, hands-on learning as part of Yoyogi International School's IB-aligned program. The Jinnan Campus opened in Spring 2025.
PE classes and after-school sports activities use nearby facilities rather than on-site spaces. After-school programs include sports offered through external providers or school-led activities at both the Yoyogi and Jinnan campuses.

After-school activities offer a diverse range of options in sports, arts, and academic clubs. Staff-led programs run during the late afternoon (15:45–16:45) Monday through Friday, with some clubs hosted at both Yoyogi and Jinnan campuses. External providers also offer activities such as Pilates, Tae Kwon Do, and Soccer. The ASA catalog is updated each term.
The Jinnan Campus serves students from Grade 2 to Grade 8. The school is an authorised IB World School offering the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), and the school states that learning in the upper grades incorporates a project-based learning approach. English is the main language of instruction, with Japanese taught as part of the programme. Class sizes are capped, with students limits ranging from approximately 18 students in lower grades to 20 in middle school. After-school activities for Jinnan Campus students include sports such as soccer and volleyball, creative arts activities, Pilates and coding programmes.
