The school is an IB World School serving K-12 with the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), Diploma Programme (IBDP), and Career-related Programme (IBCP). The two historic schools merged in 2017 to form a single coeducational institution that emphasizes engagement, empowerment, innovation, and enlightenment. A planned move to a new green campus in 2022 was mentioned as part of the school's experiential education model. The Al-Kashef Center for inclusive education has operated since 1995, offering free services and inclusive learning support. A cognitive development program with COGx began in 2016, with grades 6–10 participating in four COGx classes per week delivered one-on-one by a certified professional.

Tasmeem – Design Day is an annual design exhibition. Yalla Shabab is the school's annual Learning & Innovation Conference with speakers from various design-based industries. Ballroom Dancing is offered to teach teamwork, etiquette, and expressive movement. The school participated in Amman Design Week 2019 with the Endless Horizons theme, reflecting design-focused engagement beyond the classroom. AR and VR experiences are used to transform spaces into learning opportunities as part of the school's blended learning approach.
Ahliyyah & Mutran School is an IB World School in Jordan serving students from age 3 to 18. It offers four IB programs across primary to high school: the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP) and the Career-related Programme (CP), plus a BTEC qualification. In the PYP, instruction is Arabic for grades K–5, with English and French development in grades 1–5. The MYP uses English for most subjects, with Arabic, Physical Education and Religion offered in other languages where appropriate. The DP and CP are available in High School. The school is planning a new green campus to enhance experiential learning and sustainability. AR/VR tools and blended learning are used across curricula, supported by the Cognitive Development program (COGX) and the Al Kashef inclusive education center. Distinctive programs include Tasmeem Design Day, Yalla Shabab, and a performing arts emphasis with international exchange opportunities.
