0. Application and fees: Applicants submit an application and pay the application/interview/entrance exam fee. The application/interview/entrance exam fee is 30 JOD. New student enrollment fees vary by grade: KG-9 is 150 JOD; Grade 10-12 with siblings already enrolled is 300 JOD; Grade 10-12 without siblings is 500 JOD. 1. Admission committee evaluation: Admission is determined by a special committee's evaluation based on alignment with the school's vision and philosophy, completion of all admission procedures, and the availability of seats. Class sizes are limited to 28 students for lower elementary and 26 students for all other grade levels. Priority is given to siblings for registration renewal. Admission to resource classes is limited to siblings. Male students cannot be accepted without their sisters, and sisters cannot withdraw without their male brothers. 2. Decision communication: The admission committee conveys its decision to the parent/guardian. Upon acceptance, an acceptance letter is issued along with the required documents to complete the registration within one week from the date of sending the letter. 3. Registration procedures: Complete the student's personal data form and sign the registration contract. Submit the registration fee of 1,000 JOD upon acceptance, which will be deducted from the first tuition installment. The registration fee is non-refundable should the student withdraw. 4. Required documents: Certified birth certificates from the Civil Status and Passport Department (two copies). Doctor's health report confirming the student's health status, including allergies. A recent photograph. Copy of the family book. School certificates for the past two years (for new students). 5. Tuition and payments: Tuition and other fees are published annually. Payments are due on August 1 and can be made by cash, credit card, or the e-fawateercom app. External exam fees for IB and Tawjihi are not included in tuition. Transportation, uniform, and other service fees may apply where offered.
