Application and one‑time fees
- Admission interview and entrance exam (one‑time, non‑refundable): JOD 30.
- New‑student registration fee (Kindergarten through Grade 9): JOD 150 (one‑time, non‑refundable).

- Refundable insurance deposit (paid once at first enrolment; refunded in whole or in part on graduation or on leaving the school): JOD 200.

Annual tuition fees (per academic year) and typical installment amounts
- The published tuition fees are shown as annual amounts in Jordanian Dinars (JOD). The school invoices fees with two payments; the typical installment amount for each year is therefore one half of the annual tuition (annual ÷ 2). The annual fee and the approximate single installment are given below for each year group.

Other recurring and optional educational fees
- Educational support/tuition add‑on (رسوم تعليمية): Kindergarten–Grade 6: JOD 100 (annual). Grades 7–11: JOD 150 (annual). "Second secondary" grade listed at JOD 200 (annual).
- Books: Ministry textbooks and the school's core curriculum books are included where indicated; book fees are adjusted each year (fixed on 1 August). Books for certain year groups and some IB materials (e.g., Grades 1 and 12 IB) are purchased directly from the school store and vary by subject.
- External examination fees (Tawjihi and IB examination fees) are not included in the school tuition and are payable separately.

Transport and related services
- School transport (subject to service availability by area): Two‑way service: JOD 800 per year; One‑way service: JOD 600 per year.
- Optional waiting service for Kindergarten siblings (until 14:15): JOD 250 per year.

Additional support / special programmes (fees listed separately)
- Supported‑learning / shadow teacher (for accepted students with a shadow teacher assigned by the family) for Grades 1–10: JOD 300 per year (added to the annual tuition).
- Private teacher (school‑provided special programme) for Grades 1–10: JOD 2,500 per year.
- Special programme (Grades 1–10): JOD 2,200 per year.
- Remedial / extra tuition per subject: Grades 1–6: JOD 600 per subject; Grades 7–10: JOD 800 per subject.

Deposits, discounts and refund rules
- Advance deposit amounts (non‑refundable if the family withdraws from registration): Current students: JOD 500 payable in December and deducted from fees; New siblings of current students: JOD 500 payable at acceptance and deducted from fees; New students: JOD 1,000 payable at acceptance and deducted from fees. These deposits are non‑refundable in the event of withdrawal.
- Refundable insurance: JOD 200 is refundable on graduation or on leaving the school (may be refunded in whole or in part).
- Withdrawal and full‑fee liability: If a student withdraws or transfers after the tuition due date (1 August), the full annual tuition becomes payable.
- Sibling discounts on annual tuition: First sibling: 5% discount; Second sibling: 10% discount; Third sibling and subsequent: 15% discount.

Billing schedule and payment terms
- Tuition is due on 1 August and is billed in two installments. The school requires payment of the first installment (or full payment) at the time the fees become due.
- The school links school store (uniform, books, stationery) sales to settlement of the first installment due on 1 August each year.

Accepted methods of payment
- Payment methods accepted: cash, credit card, and the e‑Fawateercom electronic billing/payment application.

Boarding
- Boarding is not listed or charged; there are no boarding fees published.

Notes on examinations and ancillary charges
- Fees for national secondary examinations (Tawjihi) and IB examinations are charged separately from the school tuition and must be paid in addition to tuition.
