The Counseling Department offers Academic Counseling and Psychosocial Counselling, focusing on emotional and psychological well-being, and includes four counselors with degrees in psychology or counseling; it also organizes university fairs on campus and a yearly Career Day to support students' academic and career planning.
Amman National School provides a Special Needs program with Language Support in Arabic or English, In-Class Support by a special education teacher, and Out-of-Class Support in a resource room.
English as an Additional Language (EAL) support is provided through Language Support in Arabic or English within the Special Needs framework.
Mental wellbeing is addressed by Psychosocial Counselling, which focuses on emotional regulation, bullying, time management, and study skills, delivered through individual and group sessions by the Counseling Department.
Safeguarding and campus safety are supported by Safety and Security measures, including three entrances monitored by security officers, mandatory visitor sign-in, and security cameras throughout the premises.
