Application / Registration fee
- Registration fee: JD 350 per student, payable on submission of the application and non‑refundable.
Tuition fees by year group (annual and installment breakdown)
- PreKG: Annual tuition JD 3,040; student kit JD 250. Installments: 1st JD 1,718 (due August), 2nd JD 953 (due October), 3rd JD 618 (due December).
- KG1 (IB PYP): Annual tuition JD 3,350; student kit JD 250. Installments: 1st JD 1,868 (due August), 2nd JD 1,050 (due October), 3rd JD 681 (due December).
- KG2 (IB PYP): Annual tuition JD 3,450; student kit JD 250. Installments: 1st JD 1,917 (due August), 2nd JD 1,082 (due October), 3rd JD 702 (due December).

- Student kit contents and textbook note: KG kit and Grades 1–12 kit include art supplies, educational field trips (educational trips only; recreational trips paid separately), notebooks, medical insurance (coverage up to JD 500 per year), yearbook, annual photos, IT resources and educational resources and Ministry textbooks; English textbooks are available to purchase at the school and prices vary by grade.
Additional, optional, and one‑time fees
- ASL & ESL classes: additional JD 200 per student.
- Graduation fees: KG2 graduation JD 50; Grade 12 graduation JD 250.
- Cancer Care Insurance (optional): JD 15.
- Uniforms, transportation (bus), and after‑school activities: charged separately.
- Bus fees (day transport) — two‑way: Zone A JD 650; Zone B JD 750; Zone C JD 850. One‑way: Zone A JD 425; Zone B JD 525; Zone C JD 625. The bus service is provided only to parents who reserve a place prior to the beginning of the academic year; several areas are not covered by the service.
Billing schedule and payment terms
- Regular billing: three installments per year with due months shown as August (1st), October (2nd) and December (3rd). Installment amounts are listed above by grade.
- Admission timing and charges: full tuition fees are charged for admission during the first term; students admitted in later terms are charged the applicable term fees. There is no reduction in fees for partial term attendance or student absence. No portion of the fee is refunded for a student dismissed by expulsion. The registration fee is non‑refundable.
- Sibling discounts: 10% discount on annual tuition for the first sibling, 15% for the second sibling, and 20% for the third sibling.
- Currency and payment methods: fees must be paid in Jordanian Dinars (JD) and may be paid by Visa, cash or cheque.
- Administrative notes: fees are set at the end of the preceding year and are subject to review by the School Board; the school may refuse to hold a place for students whose first installment is not paid by the registration date and may admit students from the waiting list in such cases.
Boarding fees
- Boarding: no boarding fees are listed. The school operates as a day school with scheduled bus transport; no residential/boarding provision is indicated.
Refunds and related policy
- Refund policy highlights: registration fee is non‑refundable; there is no fee reduction for student absence; no portion of fees will be refunded for a student dismissed by expulsion. Other refund conditions and any adjustments to fees are governed by the school's fee regulations and board decisions.
Important operational notes
- Bus service requires early reservation; some areas are excluded from service. The school reserves the right to review and change fees and to manage waiting list and placement in case of unpaid installments. Student kit covers specified items; additional materials or recreational trip costs may be charged separately.
