The Travel Abroad Program offers international learning experiences in various destinations to support language immersion and cross-cultural learning.
MAS offers arts and creative activities through non‑athletic programs in sport and student life. Non-athletic programs include Musical Theater Production and Art/Choir; drama and visual arts are supported by Drama Club/Art Exhibit and Photography Club. Creative outlets also include Poetry Café and a Talent Show.

The ACT Program centers on community service and international citizenship, requiring at least 15 hours of community service per year and a minimum of 60 hours to graduate. It encompasses charity drives, Habitat for Humanity, Ramadan activities, fundraising events, and other service-oriented activities, and it promotes leadership and school spirit.
Leadership development is a core MAS focus; the school prepares students to become leaders in a global context and emphasizes early preparation for life beyond graduation. High school students frequently found and operate on‑campus activities and societies that revolve around causes and interests. MAS MUN and Student Council are examples of leadership opportunities that develop debate, diplomacy, and organizational skills.
Sports and athletics are central to MAS life, with coaches, players, and families valuing sportsmanship and athletic programs. On-site medical and dental care is provided during classes and activities, with on-site physicians offering medical services and nutritional education. Non-athletic lifestyle activities include camping and overnight adventures, science and arts clubs, and events such as talent shows and cultural activities.
